ROOM ADDITION / REMODELING

Looking to remodel or build an addition? We have an excellent plan service to assist you with your project for an hourly fee. First, our drafting department can put your thoughts and ideas on paper, then our estimating department can create a detailed price estimate of materials and supplies. We stock such quality brands as Certainteed siding, roofing and insulation, Elk roofing, and Rollex metal products. We stock both raw and prefinished trim in a variety of profiles (our prefinished trim comes in two colors, but we can order several others). We can provide help in locating others to assist you, including excavators, contractors, electricians, plumbers and landscaping crews.

DECKS

Show us your ideas or look at ours, and get a detailed material list from our estimating department. We have everything from post hole diggers to Bobcats in our rental department to get your deck project off the ground. We stock a variety of decking, including treated southern yellow pine and cedar, as well as Trex and Eon composite decking. We stock railing systems to match our treated and cedar decking as well as the white Trex Artisan railing system. Several other decking and railing products are available through special order. Our landscaping department has a variety of stone, bark and shrubs to complete your decking project. Stop at the Contractor Counter for knowledgeable service help and advice.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

Building a new house? Our drafting and estimating departments can get you an accurate blueprint and itemized materials list, including copies of the foundation, floor and elevation plans. Services are also available to do the heat calculations and plot plans necessary for a building permit. Pricing is based per square foot of floor space, and if you purchase the materials here we will credit you back for the plan fee. Also, look to our experience for ideas and suggestions for making your new home as comfortable and efficient as possible. We offer such quality brands as Certainteed, Andersen, Kolbe & Kolbe, Weathershield, Larson, Velux and Schlage. Our installation service handles gas fireplaces, overhead garage doors/openers, storm doors, countertops and other products. We have everything down to the door knobs, light fixtures, mirrors and towel bars for the finishing touches. With free, prompt and courteous delivery, Stoughton Lumber is the place for all your building, landscaping, hardware and rental needs.
